Donquixote Doflamingo: Joker
Doflamingo is one of One Piece's most memorable antagonists. Formerly a Celestial Dragon, he became a crime lord by founding the Donquixote Family. His tragic past partly explains his cruelty. His lieutenants Vergo, Trebol, Diamante, and Pica have stood by him since childhood, remaining loyal to the end.
His Devil Fruit, the Ito Ito no Mi, allows him to control people like puppets and create clones. He also wields the Conqueror's Haki. His downfall in Dressrosa led to his imprisonment on the 6th level of Impel Down.

Vergo: The Bamboo Demon
Vergo, Doflamingo's loyal lieutenant, infiltrated the Marines and rose to the rank of Vice Admiral. He mastered Armament Haki to the point of coating his entire body. But when faced with Trafalgar Law, his fate was sealed on Punk Hazard, as he was betrayed by the powers of the Ope Ope no Mi.

Pica: The Stone Colossus
Pica, general of the Spade Army, possessed the Ishi Ishi no Mi, which allowed him to control stone and merge with it. His imposing stature concealed a lack of combat skill, as revealed during his battle against Zoro. Captured after the battle of Dressrosa, he is now confined in Impel Down.

Diamante: The Coliseum Champion
Champion of the Corrida Coliseum, Diamante controlled the Hira Hira no Mi, which made objects ripple. His duel against Kyros exposed his weaknesses: he relied on underhanded moves and didn’t even use his Haki, leading to his humiliating defeat.

Trebol: The Disgusting One
Former mentor of Doflamingo, Trebol was a shadowy strategist. His Beta Beta no Mi allowed him to manipulate a formidable sticky substance. Despite his grotesque appearance, he was a cunning fighter. He clashed with Trafalgar Law during the Dressrosa arc but was ultimately defeated.

Lao G: The Thunderous Warrior
Despite being 70 years old, Lao G was a master of martial arts. His fighting style, centered around the letter G, granted him impressive strength, enabling him to stand up to Chinjao and Sai. Faithful to the end, he fought honorably during the Dressrosa arc.

Gladius: The Human Bomb
Gladius, an officer of the Spade Army, mastered the Pamu Pamu no Mi, which allowed him to make objects—and even his own body—explode. His explosive temperament led him into an epic showdown against Bartolomeo and Cavendish.

Señor Pink: The Baby
Behind his grotesque baby-like appearance, Señor Pink hid a tragic story. His Sui Sui no Mi allowed him to "swim" through the ground, making him elusive. His moving duel against Franky was one of the most memorable moments of Dressrosa.

Monet: The Spy
Loyal to Doflamingo, Monet possessed the Yuki Yuki no Mi, which allowed her to manipulate snow. During the Punk Hazard arc, she nearly defeated Luffy’s crew before being betrayed by Caesar Clown.

Sugar: The Secret Weapon
Thanks to her Hobi Hobi no Mi, Sugar could turn people into toys, erasing their existence from collective memory. Her reign of terror in Dressrosa was halted by Usopp, who terrified her to the point of causing her to faint.

Dellinger: The Arrogant
Dellinger, a half-man, half-fish fighter, was both agile and ruthless. Formidable in the Corrida Coliseum, he was nonetheless neutralized by Hakuba, Cavendish’s alter ego.

Numancia Flamingo: The Crew's Ship
The Numancia Flamingo, the iconic ship of the Donquixote Family, boasts an extravagant style with its pink flamingo figurehead. This powerful vessel symbolizes Doflamingo’s ambition and grandeur.
